I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Wisdom Center. After paying $99.51 for item, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Gaylord Z., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

It's now been 9 days since my initial complaint, and Wisdom Center still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their maintenance contract.
