Frustrated with Urban Consultants's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Urban Consultants for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-3019-COY-2836) on November 28, 2011, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
