I have been a loyal customer of Urban Consultants for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-3019-COY-2836) on November 28, 2011, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Urban Consultants reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement furniture set has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
