I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Madge D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm updating my complaint because Representation & Counsel Enterprises finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the catering service, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
