I am writing regarding order #ORD-3745-LYP-7004 placed with Total Hospital on April 27, 2025. I paid $986.96 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Annalise M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Total Hospital has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $496.52 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $496.52 for a gaming console that never worked properly.
