Total Hospital failed to honor their commitment

On November 20, 2000, I signed up for Total Hospital's return process at their Spencerfurt, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $900.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Roosevelt N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
