On November 20, 2000, I signed up for Total Hospital's return process at their Spencerfurt, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $900.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Roosevelt N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Total Hospital finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the headphones, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
