Refund refused by PrimeStore Samara

I purchased a membership from PrimeStore Samara on April 27, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Virginie D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
