Frustrated with Rights Associates, Associates's lack of response

I purchased a platform from Rights Associates, Associates on December 21, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Erling U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
