I want to report a serious concern with Goods Co's membership that I purchased on November 30, 1972 from your North Mauricioport, Oklahoma store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eveline S., but my issue remains unresolved.
