I purchased a membership from Golden Development Pattaya on October 3, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Giovanna F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 30, 2025 06:02Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $460.65 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
