I am writing regarding order #ORD-8668-PRF-4206 placed with Advisory & Associates on May 15, 2015. I paid $676.15 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maureen O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 20, 2025 05:32After my initial complaint, Advisory & Associates contacted me to troubleshoot the grocery order. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
