I have been a loyal customer of The Learning Academy Petaling Jaya for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-2147-GRT-3129) on February 9, 1996, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from The Learning Academy Petaling Jaya called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
