I am writing regarding order #ORD-8030-TPY-8920 placed with The Learning Academy Petaling Jaya on September 7, 2018. I paid $244.68 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ryley L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Taylor Moore from the Client Satisfaction at The Learning Academy Petaling Jaya, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
