I am writing regarding order #ORD-1052-PZJ-7857 placed with RoboByte on April 10, 1970. I paid $726.20 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Landen Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
