I want to report a serious concern with Modern Group's software that I purchased on June 26, 2024 from your Kesslerville, Hawaii store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ian G., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 14, 2025 05:23Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $443.26 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
