I have been a loyal customer of Modern Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3318-IYR-3741) on April 8, 2021, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 10, 2025 05:56After my initial complaint, Modern Group contacted me to troubleshoot the furniture set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
