I purchased a system from Peak Therapy on January 15, 1981. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sabrina C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Peak Therapy. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the camera I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
