Unsatisfactory resolution from Abode Associates Group

I want to report a serious concern with Abode Associates Group's account that I purchased on July 13, 2000 from your Predovicton, North Dakota store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anderson S., but my issue remains unresolved.
