Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of VirtualTech Bonn for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-9850-TZZ-8674) on January 23, 2015, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and VirtualTech Bonn still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
