I want to report a serious concern with VirtualTech Bonn's appliance that I purchased on October 8, 2001 from your Lake Kirk, South Dakota store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ewell Q., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from VirtualTech Bonn called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
