I want to report a serious concern with VirtualTech Bonn's equipment that I purchased on December 7, 2000 from your Kunzeport, Texas store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Noel P., but my issue remains unresolved.
