On July 10, 1991, I signed up for Nano-Node's upgrade service at their Freddyport, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $516.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sid D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 5 days since my initial complaint, and Nano-Node still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their delivery service.
