I purchased a subscription from Elite Associates Corp. on August 28, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jamie Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
