I want to report a serious concern with Realty Management's package that I purchased on December 19, 2005 from your South Camrynfort, Georgia store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cole F., but my issue remains unresolved.

I want to acknowledge that Realty Management has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $500.91 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $500.91 for a blender that never worked properly.
