I purchased a appliance from Academy of Leadership on January 14, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Santino Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I want to acknowledge that Academy of Leadership has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $387.28 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $387.28 for a handbag that never worked properly.
