I purchased a solution from Academy of Leadership on September 23, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elwin U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
