I purchased a plan from The Intellect Education on October 27, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Virgil J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because The Intellect Education finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
