I am writing regarding order #ORD-6407-IMY-6188 placed with The Modern Deal on August 4, 1997. I paid $395.39 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lacey T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $153.89 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
