On January 6, 2005, I signed up for The Modern Deal's maintenance program at their Hudsontown, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $182.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Xzavier E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 29, 2025 05:27I've received an email from Elizabeth Jackson at The Modern Deal offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The formal shoes was clearly defective from the start.
