I am writing regarding order #ORD-5065-SGM-4767 placed with Justice Offices on June 25, 2019. I paid $350.94 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Justyn R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 05, 2025 05:49Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $141.36 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
