Software glitches with Data-Core Kolkata Corp. product

I have been a loyal customer of Data-Core Kolkata Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-1882-HQG-3455) on November 9, 1971, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
