Data-Core Kolkata Corp. refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Data-Core Kolkata Corp.'s gadget that I purchased on July 1, 1983 from your Athenaville, New Hampshire store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eriberto Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
