Misleading advertising by Data Bot
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Data Bot's device that I purchased on June 13, 2023 from your Bethville, Rhode Island store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brian A., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 15, 2025 05:29Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $275.97 refund only covers part of what I paid for the professional setup, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
