I want to report a serious concern with Data Bot's account that I purchased on February 23, 1970 from your Shieldsfurt, Rhode Island store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carmela V., but my issue remains unresolved.
