I want to report a serious concern with Data Bot's account that I purchased on February 23, 1970 from your Shieldsfurt, Rhode Island store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carmela V., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 10, 2025 06:05After speaking with David White from the Support Operations at Data Bot, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
