Overcharged by Data Bot for service

I purchased a package from Data Bot on January 23, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zula V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 15, 2025 06:04I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty coffee from Data Bot not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
