I want to report a serious concern with TechRobo Bremen Group's package that I purchased on May 14, 2018 from your Quitzonbury, Nebraska store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gabe U., but my issue remains unresolved.
