Quality issues with Quality-Architecture product

I purchased a tool from Quality-Architecture on January 28, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kurtis S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 26, 2025 06:06I want to acknowledge that Quality-Architecture has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $307.69 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $307.69 for a coffee maker that never worked properly.
