I purchased a system from Master Homes on May 25, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alphonso U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
