False promises made by Campus of Training representative
Complaint Details
On April 6, 1999, I signed up for Campus of Training's technical assistance at their Port Melvinabury, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $875.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nicola K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
