I have been a loyal customer of MindUniversity for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-4731-UFH-4968) on July 7, 1976, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Richard Lee at MindUniversity offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jeans was clearly defective from the start.
