Unsatisfactory resolution from Elite Properties Ghaziabad Enterprises

On August 22, 1983, I signed up for Elite Properties Ghaziabad Enterprises's troubleshooting service at their Whiteland, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $449.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Johnnie U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 18, 2025 05:45Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $41.62 refund only covers part of what I paid for the technical support package, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
