I want to report a serious concern with Elite Properties Ghaziabad Enterprises's service that I purchased on May 17, 1987 from your Port Leora, Kentucky store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Valentin C., but my issue remains unresolved.
