Billing discrepancy with The Total Medical Group medical center

I purchased a software from The Total Medical Group on May 7, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kira V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 13, 2025 06:08After speaking with Alex Walker from the Customer Service at The Total Medical Group, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
