I purchased a package from The Fresh Appetite Group on March 16, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Efrain V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding The Fresh Appetite Group. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the sweater I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
