False promises made by Advocate & Group representative

On September 18, 1979, I signed up for Advocate & Group's customer support at their West Alphonsoville, California location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $869.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arnoldo F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
