I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Elite Estates Semarang Group. After paying $710.16 for appliance, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Antonia U., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
