I have been a loyal customer of Elite Estates Semarang Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3628-CVW-5677) on May 2, 1975, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
