I purchased a service from Signature Residence Investments Winnipeg on October 12, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Laurianne Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
