Rights Consultants, Consultants failed to honor their commitment

I've received an email from Susan Robinson at Rights Consultants, Consultants offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The restaurant order was clearly defective from the start.

Deliver a replacement from our newest production line 3. Extend your warranty by an additional 12 months 4.
