On February 19, 2019, I signed up for Rights Consultants, Consultants's customer support at their East Geraldinemouth, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $570.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madaline G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 16, 2025 06:04I'm updating my complaint because Rights Consultants, Consultants finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the meal delivery, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
