I want to report a serious concern with Choice Housing Enterprises's platform that I purchased on September 24, 1991 from your Port Mohammadhaven, South Dakota store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Felipa S., but my issue remains unresolved.
